Fiber Laser Marker

 

TraceFocus offer Fiber laser marker for various material marking and engraving. We incorporate most advanced ytterbium-doped fiber lasers from well-known fiber laser maker IPG into product TraceMarker. One major benefit of ytterbium-doped fiber lasers is that the near-infrared 1070 nm wavelength emitted is close to the 1064 nm wavelength of neodymium-doped Yttrium aluminum garnet (Nd:YAG) lasers as to make no difference during the actual process of laser marking. This made for a relatively easy replacement of continuous wave Nd:YAG lasers by fiber lasers for most marking applications. Moreover, fiber laser is pumped by laser diodes and no need much optics. Fiber cavity gives high power and quality laser beam. Why for fiber laser can make deep marking up to 1 mm comparing to YAG laser 0.3 mm of same power. Also due to much better beam quality fiber laser can reach up to 0,001 mm precision while YAG laser only ensure 0,01 mm precision. Since fiber laser don’t have much optics which need to replace. TraceMarker based on fiber laser technology could be used without serious service up to 5 year.
